The customer service here was wonderful! The staff helped me match the exact paint I needed and even gave me spare cardboard boxes when I was moving. They also have an adequate supply of paintbrushes, spackle, and other paint-related products.

THE most overpriced paint. Un-helpful when I bought a can of touchup (30$ for a quart !) was so far off for a room that had been painted recently and wouldn't give any kind of credit. I had to go to another store, found paint for cheaper and it actually matched.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else if you can. The poor attitude and rudeness of the owners is appalling as is the mark-up on basic items. If the owners don't want to deal with hardware customers then they shouldn't sell hardware, just close your store to paint professionals/trade/designers only.

These guys have an answer to everyone of my problems, no matter how bizarre, and their solutions always work. Recently I called at 5:10pm on a Saturday because I had a problem with my heating, and even though they had officially closed they waited at the store for me, and as always, had a great fix for my problem. Grade A products, and run by top-notch people
