A NEGATIVE ZERO IS WHAT THEY DESERVE! I have lived here for almost A YEAR, and Benjamin Realtors are by far the absolute worst! BED BUGS ✔ MICE ✔ NO HEAT ✔ BAD MANAGEMENT ✔BLACK MOLD ✔ NASTY GARBAGE✔ NO HOT WATER✔ BROWN WATER ✔ They are disgusting. Their repairman don't speak english. They never fix anything, only put band aids on it! And then, they have the nerve to increase the rent!!!!!!!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY. DO NOT MOVE TO ANY OF THEIR PROPERTIES! AND THE ONES IN THE OFFICE, CHRISSY AND DIANA, STOP COVERING UP FOR THEM. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!

I have lived here for almost 2 years and this is by far, the WORST apartment building I have lived in!!! The super is never available, he never answers his phone. The tenants are okay, nice and pleasant at times but the maintenance of the building is appalling. I find it ridiculous that us tenants pay so much money here and NOTHING gets fixed or resolved!!!! The intercom to enter the building does not work so it is IMPOSSIBLE to get packages delivered!!! I cannot wait to move out of here!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

if I can give them 0 stars I would. I have lived here for 3 years and each year it gets worse and worse! heat and hot water included? HA! NO heat at all in the winter, I was forced to buy a portable heater to stay warm! barely no hot water in the winter and if you get lucky to get some, there is no water pressure! they do not care about their tenants - simply RENT (which they increase every year) without fixing or maintaining the property! I have been requesting for things to be done for the longest and no luck! MOSHE -not even sure what his title is there but he's USELESS. DO NOT MOVE TO ANY OF THIER PROPERTIES!!!!!!! TRUST ME AND THE REST OF THE REVIEWERS !!!! THIS IS A LIVING HELL HOLE!!!!!!!!!!!! CANT WAIT TO MOVE!!!

can you guys please tell me which property unfortunetly i didnt see all these reviews and im horrified of mice i just rented at 447 prospect street which is prospect mews guess i'll be moving when my lease is up also if its this horrible...smh

I have been living here for less than 3 months so far and while the apartment is very spacious it's COLD...the heat that's included is laughable. The radiators barely put out any heat...the ones that actually work that is. I still do not understand why they elected to lie about the laundromat in the basement which there is none. If you rent with these people expect to have payment discrepancies, be denied receipts...don't mail in payments bc then you risk the chance of the office nitwits posting them late onto your account in which you incur fees and/or litigation. The two broads(if they were better people I'd use better terminology) in the office, one is supposed to be the receptionist while the other handles apartment applications, they seem to be at the helm of everything however, they are LIARS...they are outrageously rude, angry, disrespectful, aggressive, confrontational with questionable mental capacity/seem challenged developmentally...they are aggregiously unprofessional and unhelpful...they will both start speaking Spanish often mid sentence while speaking to you and sometimes about you as if you suddenly became transparent. However, none of this is visible until after you have signed your lease and are contractually stuck in one of the properties. No reputable company would have such disgusting people representing them...I can't recommend anyone moving into any of Benjamin Realty properties unless you honestly have no other recourse. I have never encountered such deplorable people my entire life as a renter, if I had been privy to how these people operate I'd have never even applied here. I look forward to giving those 2 months notice before my lease ends and leaving this place.
