Benchmark has been just that, a Benchmark to how other management companies should conduct their business. After years of struggling with other companies, terrible experiences with billing, and lack of follow through with maintenance issues, Benchmark has greatly improved our building in the 2 years that we have been working with them. They have helped us build up our capital reserves and we are moving forward with long needed capital improvements. Their staff is responsive, knowledgeable and pleasant.

Benchmark is the worse company I have ever dealt with in a long time!!!! Sent 4 emails to the vp and have not heard from him or anyone in his staff. Very unprofessional!!!!!

This is the one of the most incompetent companies I have ever dealt with. Not only can you NOT get a real individual to answer your call but when directed to their email and a message is left, no one calls back!! I have been trying for over a month to speak to any individual regarding my property! Will be filing official complaint with my board to drop Benchmark as their management company

This is the worst management ever. I have been waiting for my deposit to be mailed to me for three months now. I keep on calling every week just to be ignored. I can not say enough how bad they are. Please don't deal with them. Ever.

I have been extremely frustrated and very disappointed in Benchmark Management. My complex just hired Benchmark about a year ago and it's been a disaster. Our hallways and common areas are filthy, our lawns have giant areas with no grass! They have mismanaged our maintenence fees more than once. We have personally called them more than once and we never receive a phone call back. I suggest NOT purchasing property in any complex that benchmark manages. It has been a horrible experience.
