Bought an item advertised as "brand new in retail packaging with 1 year warranty". What I received was a used, scratched up item in a plain brown box with a 90 day warranty. Since they do not have a working phone number (no surprises here) I contacted them by email and was told to ship the item back to them at MY expense with no explanation how the problem would be resolved. This is a clear intent to defraud. BUYER BEWARE and AVOID this company!!!
