We are also in the Expendables business and found ourselves short on a few items to fill a last minute order. Reuben was kind enough to help us out and not only sell us the items, but give us a great price (which is a courtesy no other place in NYC would extend to us) BTL even delivered the items.

I am confident that if this is the way the folks at BTL are treating their "competitors", you will be more than taken care of for any production needs you may have.
