The food is great! You don't go for there for the ambiance, you don't go there for the service, YOU GO THERE FOR THE FOOD!
All the patrons are friendly and generally have been going there for years. Doctors, lawyers, businessmen and general fun living foodies. And leave your credit cards at home. Cash only like the old days!

My favorite restaurant on earth! The chicken savoy is incredible. The ziti and pot cheese is socially good. It has more flavor than any version of the dish i have ever had. The shrimp beeps are a blast of mind blowing flavor. I don't know how they do it. Even the salad that comes with the meal is something crave constantly. The Belmont is the food equivalent of crack to me. There will never be a restaurant that can beat this in my book. Often imitated never duplicated. Long live stretch's!
