This place is horrible. I have gone to this place on and off since 2010 and everytime I go, the push to "upgrade" has gotten worse and worse. Yesterday, I went in to get a simple manicure and was asked if I wanted to upgrade to a gel manicure no less than 4 times. The lady even refused to start my manicure as she was sure I would prefer the gel at an additional cost. Their pricing for the quality of their work is also obnoxious, as my manicure has already chipped on 2 nails less than 24 hours after having it done. My sister, who went with me and got tips, came out bleeding as the lady cut her while doing her tips. She was still bleeding as we left the salon. Needless to say, that was my last time at their establishment. They will also tell you that your tip is not sufficient and ask for more if you do not tip them what THEY believe is appropriate. It actually happened to my mother when she went on a separate ocassion. I am truly appalled by the lack of service and a very open and shameless grab at money with no actual service involved. Go at your own risk.
