Arthur was fantastic. He was extremely personable and very inviting. I brought my fiancé' ring in to be resized and he did it immediately for me. He invited me into the back to watch him work which made me feel incredibly comfortable. His work was beautiful and I will be using him for years to come. Truly a pleasure to work with. If highly recommend Bella Jewlery!

I am VERY happy with this jewelry store. I had just gotten engaged and my ring was slightly to big for me to walk around comfortably. The store had great weekend hours and took us right in and made us feel so comfortable. It is hard to think of just getting and ring and leaving it with strangers so he wanted us to stay and watch so we felt more at ease. It was very interesting to watch him work and my ring fits perfectly. I am so thankful and you highly recommend going here for any jewelry repair!

I got my engagement ring. Rings he had in the store were not bad design but after he reduced the size, i wasn't sure he really know what he is doing. He kind messed up ring design. He is not delicate enough. Not recommend at all.
