Been here for a number of events. I have found the food to be tasteful, hot and served on time which is hard to do sometimes at large events, yet I have never had a cold meal. The service staff is usually very friendly and helpful. I have found the drinks to be reasonably priced and the bartenders to be very helpful and courteous. Overall a very good experience.

Great restaurant and amazing food. I have been coming here for years and my family has had many parties here. Great portions and our service is always amazing!! It is a real gem of Essex county!!

Poor customer service experience. On 12/20/2013 I took my mother in law to this restaurant and not only was the waitress in a sour mood but the food was not tasty. The bread she brought out was burnt, we had to ask for refills, and she seemed extremely bothered. The manager was also to busy to come and speak to us. I used to go to this place all the time but after such a horrid experience I vow to never patronize this business again and have forwarded a letter to better business bureau because the service was horrible. Needless to say my mother in law didn't enjoy her birthday after dealing with the rude attitude of the waitress. They definitely don't honor their mission statement of catering to the customers need in detail. Thumbs down for this restaurant. Nice location but bad service. I could have spent $200 elsewhere.
