- Very Good #103321

Brought car in for transmission problem. It was diagnosed and fixed in one day. Very courteous team and the service tech explained whole thing to me. Part was replaced under warranty without any problems. Very satisfied

went there to get my mother a 2008 escape.
They took over 20 days to get my plates, took over 20 days to pay off the trade in. Very slimmy group.

I love Ford and will never go back there.
