After researching car prices and visiting numerous dealerships in the area testing Hondas, Subarus, Mazdas, and Nissans (I had a horrible experience at Acme Nissan), I visited Bell Mitsubishi. The price I had been offered online by the sales manager Neil Hutkin was extremely competitive so I figured it was worth a stop. The salesman Andrzej Wojdakowsi was very friendly and helpful. There was never any pressure and as they had stated in their offer "no hidden fees or special requirements to get a great deal". After agreeing on a price, the paperwork was smooth and very quick and I was able to leave the lot in my new 2016 Outlander SEL. The dealership may be small but the staff is top notch.

Overall I enjoyed my experience here as the staff were courteous and well spoken. There wasn't a wait to have my car serviced and folks jumped right into working on my vehicle. The service rep was kind and very informative even with additional information to keep me informed about when to expect my next major maintenance. And it didn't hurt that they washed the car - armored all the tires with shine. I was excited about that.
The only reason why this post didn't get a 5 is that their location is very tight and I think that they need a bigger lot. parking is tight and I didn't check if they have free wi-fi or not but that's standard from other dealership locations I've been too.
Meanwhile- I do look forward to my next return there and I believe since I have good acquaintance I think my car should last a while.

I don't do reviews much but I feel this would help many people considering I'm always looking for info like this because it's hard to find. Now I don't know how their sales department is because I bought my car at a different dealer, that was horrible, but thankfully I found these guys to service my car. I have had a couple different techs work on my car but Frank is by far my favorite and preferred tech. I have taken my car in for regular service to this location for about 8 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else.

This is a FINE print company - make sure you not only READ all the fine print, but also ask the sales people to go over it because what they write makes no sense, and they're a bunch of scammers. I'm talking about their yearly "contest" where they make customers believe they won, waste their gas coming down, only to find out there's yet one more, unclearly mentioned tiny print that includes another step. I have never bought a car from them so I cannot say how it is, but if its anything like their promotions which are supposed bring customers in and make them WANT to buy from them, then READ everything before you sign.

After a horrible experience with an adjacent dealership we had driven some distance to see (because of a particular vehicle on their web site) we walked across the street to Bell Mitsubishi "just to take a look since we were already there". Poked around for a few minutes then Roger came out, introduced himself and asked how he could help. We gave him a brief description of our earlier experience and what we were looking for for our son. He pointed to a car that turned out to be perfect...our son loved it, it was in great shape, had under our maximum mileage threshold for a used car, and was very reasonably priced. We ended up buying the car which was a much better deal than the one we had traveled all that way to see at the other place! Quite a nice ending to what was earlier quite an aggravating day.
Do yourself a favor and at least give them a try when looking for your next vehicle.
