Bell Car Service

THE WOORRRRRSSTT EVEEEEEEERRRRRR!!! they bang the phone on you if your hispanic they dont reply on spanish they are rude as hell DONT DO IT! I RATHER A THOUSAND TIMES TO USE LA MEXICANA OR PUEBLA THAT THIS CRAP AND THEY ARE THE MOST EXPENSIVE ONE TOO!

Worst car service. Just USE UBER!!! The drivers like to overcharge as if they provided you with over the top service. Bullshit. Used this car service for many years, but now its just garbage.

Bell car service use to be good until they took 40 minutes and i repeatedly called them and dispatcher kept saying they coming.. Another time they took almost an hour... Then recently i was driving myself and one of their drivers took the stop sign and almost hit me and i told him, hey buddy u dont see? He responded "o well too bad", i got mad and said im reporting u to ur base and he yelled a very horrible spanish phrase at me so i took a picture called the base and reported him.. The dispatcher told me "well there's nothing we can do", i said REALLY?? Woww... I'll never use you guys again and next time im reporting your base to TLC.. Something has to be done about these people... Very Rude and Nasty..

Refused to take me after 3 Hispanic people came after me. Then told me I was 3rd in line. I Called dispatch to ask the guy if he told the driver that.He said yes there are two before you. I then told him all the people that was there before me and he replied I don't know

I called Bell when I needed to go home from an emergency trip to the ER. They took 55 MINUTES to come! And they kept on reassuring me they'd be there any minute. I waited with my newborn baby, with 10 degree weather outside.
Finally a gangsta-looking guy of some Eastern European ethnicity shows up, blasting russian music. He spoke LITERALLY not a word of English. And he drove like a maniac.
So, all in all, this car service was a nightmare.
