I always enjoy shopping here. So many cool gadgets for the kitchen. I had an easy time returning a blender.

When not buying all the things I like and have to buy household things this is the place. Very great selection of items around the house from plastic to aluminum of metal. Staff is knowledgeable on where things are located and help u get what u are looking for with their person opinion on products if needed. Check out lines are long even with all the registers open. All items have a functional display or actual product for ur better judgement.

I was shopping for a fan because my apartment is 100 degrees inside on a 60 degree day. Now imagine my pain when summer progresses, and don't stop. Some empathy would be nice.

I was deciding between two brands and called over a sales associate to help. She was friendly and patient, and I inquired about the energy efficiency. After some discussion, I decided on the Lasko fan. I noticed that the tape on the box had been opened; I asked if the fan had been returned. She quickly asserted that it had not, and that all returned items are processed in the back room and then put back onto the floor to be sold at a discounted price.

The clerk that checked me out was a different person, but she was super friendly and conversational. I had such a pleasant time joking and chatting with her that I briefly forgot where I was. This is the reason why there's an extra star on this review. Alisha(sp) was such a purely warm customer associate.

When I returned home and assembled the fan, which didn't require many steps, I discovered the fan failed to oscillate. I'm pretty savvy with my hands; think of me as Ms. Bob the Builder- just awesome: I've assembled many furniture and electronic items, and also "put things back together" after I broke them in my wild youth.

Not only did the fan not turn its pretty self as advertised, but I also noticed there was a heavy collection of dust between the fan blades. Seeing as how it had only been turned on for a few minutes, the only logical conclusion was that this fan had, indeed, been returned. I can give the initial sales associate the benefit of the doubt, but this defunct product is still representative as to how the general staff handles returned items.

This store always smells so nice. Be it the candles or the scented cones it's delicious. They also have a guard who welcomes you at the entrance.
This is the place to purchase household items you never knew you needed.
It's very impressive to see the well stocked choices and colors of blanket sets and bathroom rugs with matching towels.
So if you are in the market for a wooden spoon or a wooden lounge chair--this place has it.
I love the hamster wheel they just made for shoes!!! It's on my wish list.
