just ok.
salon seems pretty clean and updated, and so i decided to give this place a try
service was not bad, people seem to be pretty friendly,
location is pretty good, out of the way for me, since it's on 9th ave, but i thought it was fair enough to stop at noon
haircut was decent, overall at first, but then i noticed how inconsistent it is on the sides, and how my hair falls, i could not style it the way i like.. in big picture something was just off, so i ended up going to a local barber to fix it.

would not come back to this location

I had a great expirience the stiles are very friendly and very professional .
The place is very clean and organize
Prices are perfect .

Do not go this place. The owner is rude and unprofessional. I went there twice, both times for a haircut. The first time she tried to charge me $10 extra thinking I had called in and made an appointment (yes they charge extra for those who make appointments! Who does that?!). I told her I was actually a walk-in and she turned to her employees to ask for confirmation. How rude. The second time I asked for a cut and wash at $35. At the time of check out she asked for $68! I pointed to the large sign just outside the salon mentioning the $35 special and asked to be charged accordingly. She said the stylist used a brush when drying my hair so she has to charge me for a blow out too. Note my hair was not styled it was just dried and brushed after the cut. She turned to the stylist who cut my hair and was visibly upset he used a brush to brush my hair. I would give this place 4 stars as the employees are always very kind and talented. But the owner is a real witch. Avoid at all cost!

This experience will haunt me for a long time. Look somewhere else!

I had a simple dye request. First the employee tried to correct me, he seemed to know better what I really wanted although I had a picture of it right there. He then went on to do something different and wrong. So his Boss came and told him how to try to correct it, while he tried to argue that this is what I wanted (lol no, just look at the picture!)

I also repeatedly stressed: do NOT wash the hair. At some point he just wet it anyway. I asked what he was doing and he said: oh, so you want it blow dried? I repeated I did NOT ask for it. The Boss said well we can blow-dry it. It will cost you extra.

I am not kidding. And that was not all that went wrong. Color wrong, rudeness, attitude, this is the first time I witnessed something like this. At the end I just paid and left, totally feeling down after coming in happy and excited. All this for a simple 20min job (at my normal salon at home) that ended in 1.5 hours and not the slightest sorry.

Do NOT go there, do not make the same mistake

Not bad. The owner was very nice and opened the salon again for me almost half an hour after they closed.
