Since the office assessment was done during the call, the technicians did not waste time in another assessment. The roach-extraction job lasted two hours on a Saturday afternoon, and we were all set for Monday without the pesky bugs. It was a great experience with Bay Ridge Exterminator service and they are recommended for good work.

I had a few rats scampering about my apartment since the past few weeks. I had installed rat traps at strategic locations but my son got his toe stuck in one accidentally. Calling the Bay Ridge pest exterminators was the sanest and safest thing to do for removing these irritating rats. The supervisor showed me how the rats had taken food under the fridge and were enjoying a feast on our expenses. A big thanks to the exterminator team for working effectively on the vermin!

The Bay Ridge Exterminator staff was highly considerate and did a wonderful job overall. We needed a steam treatment for bugs and roaches that the team completed with complete control. My friend had recommended Bay Ridge Exterminators and I summoned them for assistance last month.
They also call me every week to confirm their effective work. I have changed the mattress covers and tossed the old rugs in the trash can as per their suggestion. These guys know everything about bugs and they have helped me sleep peacefully again.

The last time I steam treated the house for bugs, I ruined most of the carpeting and ottomans with water damage doing it by me. I did not take any chances with boric powder anymore as it doesn't seem to work on the bugs. The Bay Ridge Exterminator helped a lot in providing peaceful nights by expelling the bugs totally from my home. Although they send in only one technician, he was quite competent and did my apartment singlehandedly. Good work at practical cost!

The Bay Ridge exterminators removed this opossum problem we were facing since almost two months now. The cat food was constantly disappearing and much damage was done by the critters to our plants. Bay Ridge exterminators did not kill the opossums but trapped them in special snares to release them in the jungles. They also have some contract with a wildlife reserve where they have other processes for pests. The overall process of trapping all opossums (six of them!) took about four hours and this also included preventive care for the future. Thanks a ton to the professionals of Bay Ridge Exterminators.
