Bay Ridge Body Care Spa

Just because I bought the service through Groupon does not mean you can keep answering your cell phone, the store phone and talk to the other staff. Never again! So many other places that are much better.

I purchase a couple massage i figurred since it was park slope it had to be a nice place but i was totally fool. I pay $90 for a 60 min body massage and a 30 min facial i dnt even think this lasted 60 min the place is just stingy. It wasnt what i expected at all i wish i had read the review before hand. When the masage ends the ladys request us to tip them 20 dollars each when it was a $10 tip that was requiered but the services i recived wasnt even worth what i paid for it. Worse services ever

Being that this place is in park slope you would think it would be somewhat decent. Well unfortunately it is not. When you walk in it smells like bad Chinese food. The groupon was an hr massage plus 30min facial for $95 we paid cash as per the guy at the counter suggested. But it's not worth it do not go here if you want that relaxing massage experience! It was very loud and the masseuse kept leaving the room instead of using that hr to massage me fully. On top of that she didn't even massage my feet! Completely skipped it! The appearance of the spa is very dingy not somewhere where u would feel comfy stripping down to your tidy widys

I made an appointment of 10:30 am. I reached at the location at around 11:00 am and the place was still closed. I called the guy about 5 times and then he finally picked up. VERY RUDE. I asked him what time they are going to be there and he told me that they have a new location on 77th st. and 6th avenue. When I reached there, it was a residential area. I called them again but no one picked up the call. Finally after few phone calls he picks up. I POLITELY asked him the address again and he RUDELY answered that the are on 77th street and 5th avenue. I walked around the whole area and I didn't see the service location. I called him again and guess what no one picked up. After making few calls, he BLOCKED MY NUMBER. I called for the last time after 20 mins and he finally answers. And now he had a new address. Somewhere in Downtown Brooklyn.

Got through on the 49th time (they never pick up phone)…walked in and it smelled like a Chinese restaurant...pile of broccoli was sitting atop a night stand for some bizarre reason. Chinese lady sitting by window yelling and arguing in I believe Mandarin. Lady at front desk asked me same question 5x then commanded me to sit down. Second I did she directed me to first room...no privacy, noisy, and she was awful. Made all sorts of sounds with her teeth. Went to throw up in the bathroom. And get this: she even left to do an errand for like 5 min; v unprofessional…not done…massage sucked- felt worse after…and upon exiting- demanded and reprimanded me for a couple of minutes on how I should pay a minimum of $10 for tip in spite of charging me a $3 fee for taxes which came out of nowhere; this wasn't stipulated anywhere! Hope this helps you guys out. Don't mean to deter anyone however I would would like to enlighten the general public on my experience in particular.
