Why are accidents like this happening? People are getting killed and nobody does anything to stop it. They are rigging very dangerous equipment and not taking the time to secure it properly. Where are their inspectors? How many more people have to die before they start taking preventive actions. Bay crane company needs to seriously step up their safety precautions. There is no excuse for this type of careless and reckless accident. This company should be heavily fined and put under a microscope for the next five years about how they set their equipment up.
