Great customer service. Bought a dining table set some years ago from here and two of the chairs were damaged over time (and maybe by a large nanny). Even though they no longer carried that product, Bruce and Brian fixed them, no charge.

Cool stuff, but disappointing customer service. The guy, who I believe is the owner, or maybe store manager (always there) is not very welcoming. A warm demeanor would go along way in winning repeat customers.
