Cool speakeasy bar and perfect for a drink with friends or a date. As expected, they're gin selection is really good.

Smores. they bring a hot fire and let you make it yourself. yeah nothing great for the price you pay just the novelty.
They tried to kick us out of the tiny two tables in front of the bar as this was the only place we could get. I think drinks were $17 each.
The sliders were amazing. the apps were all pretty good.
Its just $150 for 2 people with 2 drinks total is pricey.
Oh yeah, service is snooty. who do they think they are?

Very cool place. Good drinks. It's a little crowded (similar to the typical NYC) hotspot. A cool, novel place. Solid.

The place is cosy and music is great but for $14 the calamari tasted burnt. Very disappointed and waste of money. Lucky I'm drunk, hungry and it's New Years.
The staff however is on point. Great service.

Unique spot for a cocktail, especially for an out of town visitor.
"Secret" speakeasies have become very trendy in NYC, but visitors will find Bathtub Gin very pleasantly surprising.
You enter into what appears to be a normal, if small, coffee shop. But a "hidden" door admits you into the back room which has a wonderfully decor evocative of the prohibition era.
Befitting the name, there is an actual bathtub -- made of copper and very attractive.
The gin cocktails are interesting, and of course other spirits are available. And the food was delicious -- especially the french fries, which are great for a late night snack with a cocktail.
