... Well, I saw this daycare center because I live in the area and I thought I should try & find out more information about it. They do not offer any kind of financial help or discounts to New Yorkers living on a tighter budget, which means once again money, not talent, equals access & opportunity.

They do a good job at establishing elites from the cradle ...

For what you pay, I imagine that the service must be... acceptable.
