I have been to Barraca many times. Great sangria selection, they have a selection of 7 to choose from. Love their $5 Happy Hour, menu that offers a nice variety of tapas and drinks.

I went to the private venue/bar restaurant underneath Barraca restaurant and it was awesome. The place is beautiful and the sangria and all the tapas delicious. Little tip : it's really hot in there and I wish I had a T-shirt under my pullover!

We appreciated the atmosphere and the attendant who poured water (she was very nice!). The food was fine. The mushrooms were overwhelming with too much of a good thing (truffle oil). Unfortunately we ordered the mushrooms as an appetizer before our paella. They were not delivered until we placed a second request and the lack of remorse by the waiter was disconcerting.
