Barbour SoHo is a top notch retailer with first class customer service. Barbour SoHo and the Barbour Aftercare Department fabricated a delightful custom jacket for me and I am so happy with the final product. The jacket is handsome and the workmanship incredible. I have been wearing my Barbour jacket nearly everyday. Overall I am very happy with my shopping experience at Barbour.

Absolutely terrible employees - rude and incompetent. Almost bought a jacket, but because of my horrible experience I will not be coming here again.
