Went to this space for a JBF event and it was okay. The space is small and looks like a test kitchen. The food and drinks were good, but I'm not sure how this would be on a regular night. Part of the Andaz Hotel and also all the way downtown, which can be dead.

I am a native New Yorker and will keep to the directness of how we are known to be :)
Drinks: Excellent!! Very eclectic specialty drinks as well as the classics.
Food: Excellent. Boring, but have the burger :)
Space: This is an upscale bar with a lounge feel. Very open floor design, modern, and sexy located in the Andaz Hotel. THe best option and my favorite place to go for after-work cocktails.
Scene: Very cozy and casual bar. The bar is very conducive to mixing and mingling. It is a pick-up scene. Good for get-togethers and date night.
Crowd: 30s-50s. Mix of corporate types & local talent.
Service: Not overly attentive, but courteous!

The cocktails here are hard to match. The elegant, open space is unlike any other bar. Part cafe, part mingle. Your server is your mixologist. Try the Moscow Mule and the Corpse Reviver.

Nice varied cocktail menu - good mix of seasonal, standard, and more. Great drinks but service was a bit spotty. Nice vibe though.
