It was not easy to set up an account but it is more painful to close it. First, I inquired about process and forms required for closing my account. The rep confirmed with me there are no forms to be filled out but I have to write a written letter to the bank. And the original letter should be delivered to the bank. I did this inquiry twice. Once the bank received my letter after a couple of days later, they sent me an e-mail with an attachment of account closure request form and requested me to fill them out. Again, they asked me to mail the actual forms to them. I e-mailed them PDF copies forms ahead hoping to expedite the process and actual forms arrived there two days later. After a full week I still do not see my check. I sent a follow up e-mail for the status but no response....After more than two weeks, no result.
