Nice , spacious location with parking lot or street parking. Much easier than main st or northern and parsons which are always packed.

The manager and staff of this bank are horrible. They have a lot of preferences for Asian customers. Every single staff there is Asian, and from time to time they hire a none Asian person just so they dont get sue and make it look like they dont discriminate. This bank is been opened a few months, but I have seen how they hire asian girls who are incompetent, and still dont fire them. They make you wait online forever while they are training (forever). Another thing i dont like is some of the staff is rude and do nothing but look down on customers. The bank almost empty, but when you ask for help, they dont have time to help customers. Funny thing is they do have plenty of time to waste chatting and laughing with each other (pic). The other day there was a this fake blond girl dressed like she was ready to go to a club.. so unprofessional (see pic). PS. the black lady in the pic does not work there. My girlfriend and i rather to go the great neck bank.
