- Terrible #30711

Very bad! Couple of things happened to me:

1. I own a small business, I spent 1 hours with them to make changes to my accounts, which as it turned was NOT indeed done! I dont know what they were clicking on their computers. I had to go to the branch on Broadway where they took care of me.

2. Another story: they made me wait for more than 45min, then with some excuses of problems with a system, they refused to help me and they sent me to an another branch - reason: it was Friday, 30 min before their closing time.

I recommend to go to BoA on Broadway and 97.
