Selfness staff who doesn't care about the time of customer.

The hours are horrible. Who can honestly work fulltime and come to this branch. Not covenient at all. I know of a few banks in the area that are open later on thursday and friday. This one closes EARLY!

Worst Customer service I ever experienced. I had a bad experience with site manager.

Site Manager Name: Arzu Hassan
Dress Code: Very unprofessional with her undergarments revealing
Talk: Talks with customer in a very rude manner/ also threats to close his/her account.
Behavior: Even a customer refuses to close his/her account, she will not return the card but she is very eager to close the account (threatening). Only if the customer is leaving, she will return the card.
Minimum Manners: she doesn't even think about offering a chair/ offering water to the customer etc. She doesn't even know the meaning of respect.
Others: Eating chewing gum while talking with customers.

I am a loyal BOA customer from past 5 years. I never experienced such a rude behavior in any of the other BOA branches. Now I hate to go to this branch again. I will not leave this issue here but will complain against this site manager to higher officials.

Disgusting customer service. They give you the phone number, but refuse to pick up the phone. Was finally transferred to them by the central B of A customer service rep, so they had to pick up. They immediately placed me on hold for 40 minutes, so clearly I had to hang up.

This would the only location that does not have a tel number in record... If you call customer service they don't even have a number for this location.. Can you believe that!!
