I visited this branch for the first time recently. Elsa, an associste, went above and beyond to help me out. The manager was also very kind to me.

I was a victim of checking fraud and the heartless bank assistant basically gave me a fat too bad to my face and essentially told me my luck was crap. Worst customer service and issue resolution I have ever experienced. Most flagrant experience...absolutely no sympathy or respect.

Always one teller. At least 5~6 people waiting. AND the tellers are very slow...

I walked into this branch thinking it would be a normal day. I left the bank with a new perspective on life. If I was 10% of the man Jacky Wong is I'd be CEO of a fortune 500 company by now. If every person in the world upheld Jacky Wong's standards there would be no garbage, crime, or suffering in this world.

Any issue you have will be resolved within seconds. Issues you didn't know you had will be resolved in the same time frame.

He was quoted saying, "I'd let you in my office but I don't have one right now." He needs nothing. Give him a pen and he can change accomplish anything he sets his mind to.

Person was added to my account who would be responsible for my money in case of my death. Even though they fly all the documents they mispelled it completly. Good IM still alive and can fix it.
