Banana Republic

Customer service is totally non existent in this store and when you actually see a sales representative they walk by you like you don't exist. So I try the item in store and buy it online or call their online customer service. They are much more attentive to their customers. Every person working there including the manager should be fired for the way they treat customers.

It's banana. Good clothes. Holidays are very busy.

Horrible customer service. The sales people and so called manager are not helpful or even knowledgeable. There is no greeting or may I help you. Apparently they also dont know the law about pricing. There was was a banana republic grey linen jackson fit and a martin fit pants marked down to $18.99. It idid not scan at all, she should have put in a dummy #.. The so-called manager called the so-called powers that be and said the pants for selling for $89! And proceeded to rip off the marked sale price! Then she said it was the difference between the martin fit and the jackson fit. But they were all marked the same sale price on the rack,
Please don’t shop there! They should be investigated by the better business bureau. You cannot arbritrately change prices or even be allowed to., .

I had a recent experience where I asked the sales rep about the return policy - their response was it can be returned within 30 days. I took the merchandise back within 12 days - and was told it's a final sale, which means it cannot be returned. When asked the manager of the store why was I not informed then - response I got was that he was not there during the time of the sale and it is my fault that I didn't read the fine print. Clearly this Banana Republic in Willow Brook Mall deliberately trains their sales rep to mis-inform the customers about final sales items even when asked explicitly.
