Apple Store

I am so pleased with the majority of the associates in the store… There are always going to be one or two bad apples, but for the most part they are very understanding and friendly. I had an issue with my wife's iPhone six as well as my iPhone 6 a few months later and they were so great in helping resolve the issue quickly. A+

Crowdy, rude and stupid "Genius". Will never come to this store again.

Customer service rude and disrespectful!!! Never going back there eve again!! They had me waiting for 1 hour and 25 minutes just to change and charger wire!!!

This is my review after 2 bad experiences at this apple store. The first time I walked in and the genius bar informed me that they had to schedule my appointment in and hour in a half. Understandable that they don't accept walkins. So i went somewhere else in the mean time. 45 minutes went by and they texted me saying they were ready. Well guess what I wasn't back yet. By the time I got back at the allotted time originally agreed on they canceled the appointment.

Now the second time happened when I called and scheduled ahead of time. I got to the store and they told me there was no appointment scheduled and that I could schedule another one and wait 2 hours. I insisted that this was not appropriate and they said they would schedule me in a half hour. 1 hour 15 minutes later and I am still waiting.

As I was waiting I heard one of the techs tell a customer that putting a computer in sleep mode wears out a hard drive. Now I am a computer tech and this simply is bogus.

This place is horrible.

Went there with an iPhone only a few months old, the speaker wasn't working, the very rude "genious" guy said he had to take in the back he was gone for 1/2 hour when he came back the phone mysteriously had water damage and the charger port was broken
