I always get salads from here - they're giant and super delicious with lots of ingredients! Plus, their salads are always fresher than at the other restaurants. Also, recommend their freshly squeezed juices. Balducci's is kind of expensive, but the portion you get for the price is enough for 3 people to share! Now, service could be better, but the food is just the best. RECOMMENDING!

When I asked the counter person which sandwich did not have cheese as I'm allergic, he responded "look for yourself" What kind of service is that? The manager took my complaint and then continued to hang out and talk with other employees. She did NOTHING. I will never go back there.

In anticipation of all the new condos being built in the area and what's already there, retail is stepping it's game up. I love this restaurant. I'm a big fan of the grab and go life. Balducci's is in my top three with Eli's and Pret. I grabbed some pasta that was prepared and ready to grab. It was delicious. I was just there for my first time a few hours ago. When there I saw a bunch of item's I will try during future visits. I love quality food on the run. It's New York City baby.
