Rude workers. Will leave you on hold forever saying "just wait till he hangs up" while you can hear them laughing in the background. If they won't do delivery than why offer it? I don't know if this is the weekend crew or the everyday that it's like this but 30 minutes on hold and no one to pick up to say it's busy or please hold. Really?

One of my favorite bagels in NY. They're really doughy and a bit on the chewy side, even if toasted. Sometimes the cream cheese is too much so I've started asking them to go light on the cream cheese. Get there early on the weekend to avoid the line & stream of Seamless orders coming in.

This place is a bit overpriced. They aim towards quantity and not so much quality. Bagels is what they know, so I recommend you do not try anything else but that. Today, I learned never to get a croissant from this place. Thumbs down!
