Ordered bagel and chicken salad.. the bagels was way too bready also hardly any taste. I've had way better bagels in Astoria. I'm thinking due to lack of competition is the reason.

I've been eating here for over 5 years and I've never been disappointed. The food is always fresh and they have great prices. Delivery is always fast and they are one of the few places that know what eggs over medium means and cook them perfect. I'm extremely happy that they now stay open till 9pm instead of 5. I would definitely recommend them over the other extremely expensive diners in the area.

The only reason this Bagel shop is around it's only because they are the only ones in the immediate vicinity that makes their own FRESH Bagels and have loyal customers that somehow managed to ignore the ignorant owners of the establishment. Otherwise their service is quick to take an order and extremely sluggish and dumb founded to process the payment especially with the middle eastern lady, OMG!!.. The lack of custumer service and consideration forces me to rate this place so horribly. It's sad because they have potential but the owners are so uneducated and disrespectful at times leaving me with a bad taste in my mouth.

Worst service ever I used to eat here faithfully until one day I got my order pancakes with banana and raspberry and there literally one piece of banana and five little raspberries. I went to ask for more and showed them he said it will cost extra. I also told him I asked for sausage and they gave me a sausage patty and said they replaced it since they didn't have the other sausage I asked for .....order wrong made my morning bad and the owner named ray also caught an attitude. my girlfriend asked for a bagel with cream cheese and when she took a bite of her order there was bacon and cream cheese (she almost threw up) I wouldn't recommend this to anybody
