I asked for a toasted bagel with cream cheese they gave me a cold bagel with butter. On top of that the lady was rude and in a rush to get me out she always has an attitude. Won't be going back and don't recommend it. Im not the only one who thinks it either.

Amazing bagels, love the onion Bagel twists on the weekends, the best Iced Coffee you'll find, and great service! Seriously, there's a reason the lines run out the door and wrap around the side of the building most mornings.
