I have been going to this place on and off for 23 years. Today will be my last time. I asked a question about how they prepared something and a woman claiming to be the manager rushed in to the put her two sense in. She was extremely rude & when on to say "do you want the order or what". I asked for the owner, who didn't say do or say anything to try to repair the situation. I walked out and went to Utopia Bagels, they're better anyway!

Service is slow.. One person taking orders while staff mingle behind counter talking.. Several customers behind me walked out, that's how slow it is.. Utopia Bagel has much better bagels and the service is superior!!!
