WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
FOOD IS GREAT BUT THEY REALLY NEED TO GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER. MY COMPANY NO LONGER ORDERS FROM THEM BECUASE THEY ARE SO RUDE.
WISH I COULD GIVE LESS THAN THAT 1 STAR.

THEIR FOOD IS AMAZING BUT THE SERVICE REALLY SUCKS.
I CAME ONTO THERE WEBSITE TO VIEW THE MENU AND THEY HAD A TAB WHCIH INDICATED TO ORDER ONLINE FOR FASTER SERVICE SO I DID. I WAITED AND WAITED AND WHEN I CAME TO SEE AN HOUR HAD GONE BY FOR JUST A BAGEL WITH CREAMCHEESE, COFFEE, AND A EGG AND CHEESE SANDWHICH. I CALLED TO CHECK WHAT THE HOLD UP WAS SINCE OUR BUILDING IS LOCATED VERY CLOSE TO THE RESTAURANT AND THE GUY SAID, I DONT SEE AN ORDER. OUT WEBSITE ORDER SYSTEM DOESNT WORK WELL. SO HE TOOK MY ORDER AND I HAD TO WAIT YET ANOTHER HOUR FOR OUR FOOD.

SECOND INCIDENT WAS TODAY.
WE PLACED AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE WITH A MAN WHO WAS RATHER RUDE.
AN HOUR WENT BY, THEN AN HOUR IN A HALF AGAIN FOR JUSTTWO BAGELS WITH CREAM CHEESE, COFFEE AND A ORANGE JUICE. WHEN WE CALL TO CHECK WHAT THE HOLD UP WAS, NO ONE EVER PREPARED OUR FOOD AND THEY SAID THEY SAW NO ORDER FOR US.

WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN.

Great crew. Wonderful fresh crispy bagels. Omelets to die for, but I love my sliced lox on cream cheese!!! Opens at dawn. Try their home made soups too!!!!

Delicious food but their ordering system is awful. Put in an order at 8:03am for delivery. Called at 8:57am wondering where it was. The girl who answered the phone said they don't deliver on the weekends. I asked why doesn't the website say that or the website not allow ordering on weekends. She said she was sorry and then asked if she should start making the food for pickup. I said 'It's not even ready yet?'. She said she never even got the order because it's via fax and the fax machine doesn't work really well. HUH???? Get it together guys.

I had breakfast at this place this morning, this place is brand new, it seems that the owners took their time in making it perfect. the place is very clean.
They have great tasty bagels that taste super fresh. the staff is friendly and take their time to insure quality of the food.
