I had surgery on my wrist, and afterward it was very painful and stiff. My Orthopedist recommended I get some physical therapy, so naturally I went to the best in the business- Mitch Simpson.
For two times a week, for one hour, for six weeks, I got his personal attention- he wasn't bouncing between a host of patients, leaving me to do exercises on my own like at most Physical Therapy clinics. When he worked on my wrist, he always made sure I was comfortable, and he was always encouraging me when it got painful. He even gave me exercises to do on my own on the days I didn't see him, and by the end of the six weeks I had complete range of motion back, without any pain!

I went in for info because I need physical therapy and Back to health has a great reputation, while there I overheard a girl making jokes about past patients. I wanted to complain but didn't know if she was a visitor or if she was an employee. Later as coincidence would have it, I saw her picture on your website "Kaitlin Ryan". Either way her comments were very offensive and I will never go back.
