It's so hard to get help in the store, there's nobody to help you on the floors. There's not enough workers! Not only are some of the workers rude including one of the mangers (Lee), but there's one worker who is always talking about other workers; I believe her name was Antoinette or something. Bottom line this store is so unprofessional and the worst Babies R Us I've been to. The best part about the store is baby registry side. How do you expect to have an successful store when you got these trash workers in the store?

gateway babiesrus is one of the worst stores casher cant even be polite i ask for a price match they are they only ones that tell me i need to pay for shipping cost from the other store.. i contacted customer service right after and i was told my item i was trying to buy is qualified for price match with no problem

I like to give credit where it is due. My experience with customer service at the Babies R Us - Gateway Mall in Spring Creek was exceptional. My wife and I are expecting our 1st baby and the staff has been refreshingly very helpful. Whenever we visit, its during the late hours of the evening right before closing time (when patience usually runs thin) and we have not experience any sign of distress. I'd like to express a special Thank You to Sheryl (Registry desk extraordinaire) and Sean (Assistant Mgr) for projecting such an amazing spirit while going above and beyond to fulfill our requests. They deserve a good raise/promotion :-)
