After 30 years and 25 cars later, I still find what I'm looking for right there. Very rarely do I not get a good price. Cash and carry the way I like it.

Although they don't give prices over the phone which I both hate and understand, they almost ALWAYS come close enough to whatever you would find on the net AND you don't have to worry about the ridiculous inconvenience of:

1) calling the company to authorize the return (RMA #)
2) Have a printer? Good, you'll need it to print out your return label!
3) Like lines? Good, get going to your local wonderful post office to find parking, make the line and process your transaction.
4) Now wait for the returns department to accept and then process your return for re delivery.

In fairness, it's not always this drawn out, but it's happened and it's not worth the risk for a $5 or $10 saved online. Plus I like to support local businesses.

When I went in to price some front rotors and front pads and mentioned that I might be needing a front wheel bearing as someone suggested, they guy took the time to draw me a picture on a sheet of paper and give me a quick lesson on what could be wrong and that there is a chance it's not the wheel bearing making that noise! Which means they just saved me from buying a part I might not need at their expense! That's how u build customer loyalty!

Horrible Experience. The person on the other end of the phone was very unprofessional. Refuses to say whether parts are available over the phone. Waste of time.

I do not work for these guys. I am a shade tree wrench that needs parts from time to time. I call them. I give them a parts # when I have it. They charge it. They ship it. Part comes. I do not get the negative comments. I have used these guys since 1997.

Not a reputable parts store.

This store sent a re manufactured part which was both mechanically damaged and not compatible for the vehicle. On the received paperwork it states that electronic parts are not returnable, not refundable, and not guaranteed. I wish they would have stated this up front and I would have shopped elsewhere.

I returned the item with a note requesting them to contact me .... To date, no refund and no contact.
