As you know our friendship spans almost 40 years, so when it came time to sell our house Laura and I knew the only person we trusted to sell our home was you. Your vast knowledge, your experience of over 30 years in realty and proven track record with selling homes, was all we needed to know to list with you. As we expected your professionalism throughout the selling process was extraordinary. When we finally found the potential buyers for our home there were some stumbling blocks. Tense moments between the lawyers of both parties, made us think the sale might not go through. Fortunately, you stepped in and had the ability to be the go between to iron out and resolve the issues with the buyers, when it seemed that the lawyers weren't capable of doing. Unquestionably this proved to be the winning strategy to help seal the deal. You went the extra mile to accomplish what the lawyers almost couldn't. Your experience, persistence and tenacity sold our house. We ended up coming out on top as winners with the sale of our home. Thanks for a job well done.

We just purchased our second home. This purchase was so nice as the staff at Awaye realty were there every step of the way for us. Arlene and her staff are great and wish we had them on our first purchase 3 years ago.

Arlene helped us purchase our first home together. She was very responsive when we found the house we loved and went back and forth with the seller to land on a fair price. Althought she was the seller's broker and not ours (we didn't have one) we thought she was incredibly honest with us about where things stood. I've had many terrible experiences with brokers and it was a relief to work with Arlene.

Saw a good apartment, paid $50 for a credit check and application, was never called back and 3 days later the apt was rented and the broker no longer worked there. I am now asking myself if the $50 ever went to the credit check and application, or to the brokers' pocket. No correspondence and very poor service... why should you have to chase someone to pay them a brokers fee? Makes you question how they are in business.
