They are extremely unprofessional. This company is extremely lackadaisical about doing there jobs. But they do not have a problem taking your money. If anyone knows a number to there head quarter please give it to me the need to do a better job or the entire staff need to be replaced. The way this business is ran it is atrocious.

Complete rip off, and they charged me for a custom box before telling me the full price. Confrontational when I tried to get a refund.

Tried to print a pdf here and was told I needed to pay $2 to use a computer to email it to the shop. The computer did not work, I couldn't even log on. When I sent the email to the shop from my phone I was told by the clerk named Monika that I still needed to pay $2 for a service I didn't use. Scam.

Very friendly neighborhood place and convenient for residents. Of course it's more expensive than the post office but they will help you find the most affordable option for what you're trying to do. I've been going here since they opened (maybe 5 years ago?) and have never had a bad experience. So glad to have them around the corner.
