- Terrible #79250

Be careful with this place... I used overnight drop-off, but car wasn't checked in for 3 days later, despite next-day phone confirmation that car was returned. Manager flatly denied everything. Avis customer service was unwilling to work with me. Credit card fraud department is looking into the situation.
