Dr riggi awesome caring doctor.always gave my family care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Riggi's for 10 yrs. Due to the nature of my illness, I need to see him quite frequently. I would never consider seeing another Dr. He is attentive, compassionate, gives you all the time you need when speaking to him. He does not rush you and he makes sure you fully understand what your health problem may be and how it needs to be treated. I wish all my Dr.'s were like him. His staff is also wonderful. They are friendly, very professional and helpful. They will do whatever needs to be done to make sure your visit to their medical group is not only very satisfactory, but also very pleasant.

I have been going to Dr. Riggi for about five years.

He is an EXCELLENT doctor. He pays attention to details and doesn't just give you something for a symptom. He asks questions about what is going on in your life to get a better understanding of what is causing problems.

However...the administrative staff are my least favorite part of this office. There are too many rules and steps and they make it almost impossible to talk to the doctors directly. They are friendly when you come in for your visits but I've also gotten attitude from them when you call in for anything. It is to a point where I almost didn't call in to see if Dr. Riggi would consider a different medicine that I had researched for an issue I was having; I just didn't want to deal with the ladies who pick up the phone.

But, if Dr. Riggi wasn't so great, I would have left this practice a long time ago based on the above.

Using Dr. Riggi is worth it as long as you don't have any serious medical problems (a friend of mine had a mix up administrative staff that did not end well - something important was misplaced or not done etc.).

I have been a patient of Dr. Riggi for several years. He is patient, I am never rushed, he listens attentively at all times. He makes suggestions and gives you options fuly explaining everything. He calls back if you phone him. He also takes care of my mother who has a touch of dementia and he treats her with such respect. He addresses her at all times unlike some of her other doctors who only to speak to me and act like she is not even in the room.
Dr. Riggi is by far a very competent and compassionate man. I work with doctors all the time and he is a refreshing change.

Horible bedside manners.Never returns calls when you need a Dr.Looks like has bipolar himself.Always wants to charge you for services not rendered & not sure of his decisions.Should be reported to the professional board or DA and sent to jail.
