I dropped off 8lbs and got 6lbs back – they lsot a dress and a sweater. When I confronted the manager he pretended not to speak English and just stared off comatose saying “No Understand”. Meanwhile, I have heard him speak English AND he runs Laundromat I’m sure he’s familiar with the words ‘laundry’ and ‘lost.’ They were HORRIBLE. Do not use them.
