- Poor #52461

No sense of urgency in the store, 1 associate helping a customer, 1 on the phone inside the isles behind counter, finally after I got help, waited back online to get rung up for 10 min, the team is not cut out for customer service.

I have been to busier autozone stores and had better experiences.
