AutoZone

By far the worst Autozone, or even any store related to the automotive parts industry I've been to. Workers are very slow, doesn't have any knowledge about parts, sometimes rude and lines are always long with usually a minimum of 20 minutes wait time. Being an enormous and successful establishment as Autozone, there is no justification for this branch. Management should make changes ASAP.

I find all the parts what I need x my car

One of the worst autozones I have been to. Employees are very slow and rude. They have little to know knowledge about the parts and when you can't explain a part to them they ask you to go to your mechanic then come back. I thought they should know at least something about cars!! Anyway Ken tall black worker is ways there when I go taking his sweet a$$ time moving throughout the store. Lack of structure in this store and the lines don't even get me started. Took me 20 minutes to pay for brake fluid while one person looked up a part for one customer while managers and other employees just walk around looking lost. I hate this tore. Close it down or how about you hire a. Whole new staff!

Very unprofessional atmosphere. Their seems to be a lack of leadership and associates are not fully trained or have any knowledge of auto parts.
As I waited to pay 25 minutes to pay for tire shine. It was evident that the employees just don't care

I went there to get a new battery coz my car failed to start a day b4. I walk in and join the queue, a talk to this dude told him i need it tested b4 i get a new one. This big guy was so rude, he said they only two of in there and he can't leave to help me. I was stuck there waiting for a jump coz my car couldn't start again. I went to advance auto afterwards. Don't even bother going there waste of time.
