AutoZone

You have to wait too long so most of the employees don't know what do you doing and they're always trying to sell you something you don't need

I forgot why i don't go to this store. 5 employees only 1 helping, rude and dark parking lot.

Stocked with "slow" employees. Called to confirm that a part was in stock..got there..the computer said it was in stock..but guess what ? They couldnt find the part. This is the usual with this AZ. Go to the AZ at 1565 Jerome..at least they have some damn sense and will actually check to see if they have something.

I was a former employee at that AZ. Im gonna be honest with everyone, the best way to get your parts is opening a az account online. Then type your vehicle year, make & model. Then on whenever you need a part, just type it in & the website will show you which az has it. Also its better to place it on hold before going to buy the item. Another thing you never have to get in line to find out which light fits your car. Just take the bulb that broken & go to the asile of lights & compare it. If it looks the same, there you go. Personal note, there were couple of people i didnt like working with, but most of all i hated those drug addicted mechanics. Always taking up space in the parking lot fixing cars & i be having a hard time to park my car. They love to steal tools from the store.

This is, without a doubt, not only the worst AutoZone in NYS but the worst automotive chain store in NYS. For the most part, walking into any AutoZone will mean dealing with employees that are morons. They either don't know anything about cars OR they are ricer kids that THINK they know everything there is to know about cars because, well, VTEC. The employees at this particular AutoZone must have aced the "A-Hole 101" curriculum given by their employer because there is no way management is not aware how terrible this location is....reminds me of the Chappelle Show Kiosk episode. The parking lot at this particular AutoZone looks like a third world country, you can't even park in the damn thing as the local crackhead (most of them) "mechanics" are working on cars. Unless you need something like a fuse or a bulb, go elsewhere.
