In a business dealing with Autograph Store Charity Fundraising, they breached their promise to me. When I approached employees and management of the Autograph Store with the problem, they promised to rectify the situation. However, after several attempts they failed to do so and for a period of more than a year they continued to demonstrate an inability to keep their promises to me. As a direct result of their fraudulent activity my credit reputation has now been impacted negatively. It is extremely disappointing that after working with the people at Autograph Store for a lengthy period of time that they would treat me with such utter disregard as to my well-being.
