I find the customer service to be horrible. They simply want to up-sell you and not help you. Money. Money .Money. How about trying to help the customers with the problem first then after a happy customer would be more susceptible to an upgrade. Horrible. If it wasn't for my business number and needing to change it across multiple SEO platforms I would run for the hills. Customer service my A$$ more like call us so we can sell you something network...
