These People are not helpful at all. I went there for my upgrade. It was actually a cross upgrade which is an absolutely legal and a part of service of at&t , but i don't know how they take me they tell me that " I am trying to do fraud " . Thats how they treat customers ! Even i tally with the 611 customer support and they also says its all right and i can definitely do that and i should do complain about that. thats i already did. And Also i get my cross upgrade done from other store without any hesitation. Please be careful and if possible avoid Bad service. Thanks
